• Prepaid Return Label: Submit a return request through your account within 30 days of delivery, and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
• Inspection & Fast Refund: Once received and inspected in its original, undamaged condition, your refund is issued within 1–2 business days.
• Arrived Damaged? If your piece encountered transit trouble, email photos to orders@cardinghouse.co within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.

Note: Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective in transit.
