About Our Products
Most items we sell are handmade in small batches from natural fibers — wool, cotton, and other textiles — using wet-felting, needle-felting, and hand-sewing techniques. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in size, shape, and color are normal and are part of what makes a handmade item what it is, not a defect.

Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Product Availability
Because our goods are handmade in limited quantities, items may sell out and not be restocked on the same timeline. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but we cannot guarantee availability at the time you complete checkout.

Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, and written content on this site are the property of Carding House Co. and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Carding House Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our products are handmade goods and are not toys; please supervise children and pets around small or embellished items.
