What materials do you use in your products?

The foundation of our collection is 100% natural, high-altitude sheep’s wool—patiently shaped using traditional wet-felting and hand-needle techniques. Across all our current and upcoming pieces, we exclusively prioritize renewable, plastic-free materials, including natural cotton, raw linen, vegetable dyes, and solid brass hardware.

We avoid synthetic polyester fillers and harsh chemical coatings entirely. For piece-specific details, every product page includes an itemized breakdown of exact materials and dimensions.

How do I care for a felted piece?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap whenever possible. If something needs a deeper clean, hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry — felted wool can shrink or distort in a washing machine or dryer.

Why do handmade pieces look slightly different from the photos?

Because each item is shaped by hand, small variations in size, color, and texture are normal from piece to piece. That variation is part of what makes it handmade rather than manufactured.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are made and packed within 3–5 business days, then ship and arrive within 3–7 business days after that. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Can I return an item?
